1. Introduction

The Fine Art Cover Collection is committed to providing exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. Each Collection is carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched with the utmost care. If, however, you wish to return your purchase, the following policy explains your rights and our procedures.

2. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

​

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the Collection, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.

3. Condition of Returns

​

To be eligible for a return:

  • The Collection must be returned complete and intact

  • All covers, wallets, slipcase, certificates, and accompanying materials must be included

  • The Collection must be undamaged and in its original condition

  • Each decorative wax seal must be intact and undisturbed

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the Collection shows signs of damage, handling, or partial return.

4. Refunds

​

Once the returned Collection has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original method of payment

  • The refund will include the full purchase price of the Collection

  • Outbound delivery costs will be refunded where required by law

5. Return Postage

​

UK Returns

Customers are responsible for arranging return postage. Returns must be sent using a tracked and insured service, as the Collection remains the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that a Collection arrives faulty or damaged, customers should notify us promptly. In these cases, the customer should arrange return postage using a tracked and insured service. Once the Collection has been safely returned and inspected, we will issue a full refund, including the original delivery cost and reasonable return postage, or arrange a replacement set where available.

International Returns

International customers are also responsible for return postage costs, including any customs charges. Returns must be sent using a tracked and insured service.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Each Collection is a limited and finite release, and replacements cannot be guaranteed.
